Haven’t received your package yet?
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@uglozz.com so we can assist you with tracking your package.
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders are shipped exactly as information is provided by the customer, and we cannot modify or correct addresses after the order has been submitted.
Received your package, but it’s damaged?
All items leave our facility in perfect condition and are packaged securely to ensure safe transit. While we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the postal service during delivery, we understand that unexpected issues can happen.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@uglozz.com with:
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Any additional proof that supports the claim
Please send this within 72 hours of delivery.
If the evidence shows significant damage caused during transit, we will replace the order at no additional cost.
Missing or lost packages
If your package is confirmed missing or lost during delivery, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Please contact us at info@uglozz.com so we can investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
Because our items are custom-packed and shipped securely, we do not offer refunds, except in cases where:
The order cannot be fulfilled, or
The package is confirmed lost in transit and a replacement cannot be provided.
